By accessing or using Inorsen's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Our Services

Inorsen provides:

• PCB fabrication (single-sided to multi-layer)
• PCB assembly services
• DFM analysis
• Quick-turn prototyping
• Mass production
• Technical support

Orders and Quotes

Order terms:

• Quotes valid for 30 days
• Orders subject to acceptance
• Specifications must be confirmed
• Changes may incur charges
• Delivery times are estimates

Quality and Warranty

Quality assurance:

• IPC standards compliance
• ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 certified
• UL certified products
• Defective products replaced or refunded
• Issues reported within 30 days

Intellectual Property

IP terms:

• Customer designs remain customer property
• Designs not shared with third parties
• Customers must have rights to designs
• Inorsen retains process rights

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during business.

Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order. Not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Payment Terms

Payment terms:

• New customers: 100% advance
• Established customers: Net 30
• Wire transfer, PayPal, credit cards accepted
• Late payments may incur interest

Dispute Resolution

Disputes resolved through negotiation. If unsuccessful, arbitration in Shenzhen under Chinese law.

Changes to Terms

We may modify terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
