What file formats do you accept for PCB design?
We accept Gerber RS-274X files for PCB fabrication and IPC-D-356 or Excel format for Bills of Materials (BOM). For assembly files, we support centroid/pick-and-place files in CSV, TXT, or Excel formats. We also work with popular CAD software formats including Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad, and Proteus. If your design is in a different format, please contact our engineering team for assistance.
What are your design rules for PCB manufacturing?
Our standard design rules include: minimum trace width/space of 6/6 mil for standard boards, minimum drill size of 0.3mm, and minimum annular ring of 0.15mm. For HDI boards, we can achieve trace/space as low as 3/3 mil with micro vias as small as 0.1mm. We recommend following IPC-2221 standards for general design guidelines. Specific requirements may vary based on layer count and board complexity. Please refer to our design guidelines or consult with our engineering team for your specific project requirements.
Do you offer design review services?
Yes, we provide free Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews for all orders before production. Our engineering team will check your design files for manufacturability issues, including trace spacing, drill sizes, layer stack-up, and solder mask clearances. We'll provide a detailed report with any recommendations or concerns. For complex designs or special requirements, we offer comprehensive design consultation services to optimize your board for cost, performance, and reliability.
What is your typical turnaround time for PCB production?
Our standard turnaround time is 8-10 working days for prototype orders and 12-15 working days for production orders. We offer quick-turn services with 24-hour, 48-hour, and 72-hour options for urgent prototypes. Production volume orders typically require 15-20 working days depending on quantity and complexity. For rigid-flex and special technology boards, lead times may be longer. Contact our sales team for specific delivery estimates based on your requirements.
What certifications do your factories have?
Our manufacturing facilities are ISO 9001:2015 certified for quality management systems and UL certified for PCB fabrication. We also hold IATF 16949 certification for automotive industry requirements. Our products meet RoHS and REACH compliance standards for environmental protection. We follow IPC standards (IPC-A-600, IPC-6012, and IPC-A-610) for fabrication and assembly quality assurance. Our facilities undergo regular third-party audits to maintain these certifications.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We don't have a strict minimum order quantity. For prototype orders, we can produce as few as 1 piece. For production orders, we recommend ordering at least 10 pieces to ensure cost-effectiveness due to setup costs. For assembly orders, our minimum is typically 5 pieces. We offer flexible quantity options to meet your specific needs, whether you're prototyping, in pilot production, or requiring full-scale manufacturing volumes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods: For domestic customers in China, we accept corporate bank transfers, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. For international customers, we accept wire transfers (T/T), PayPal, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and Alibaba Trade Assurance. For new customers, a 30-50% deposit is typically required for first orders, with the balance due before shipment. For established customers with good credit history, we offer net 30-day payment terms. We accept CNY, USD, EUR, and other major currencies. Contact our sales team for detailed payment arrangements.
Can I get a quote before placing an order?
Absolutely! We provide free, no-obligation quotes within 24 hours. You can request a quote by email with your Gerber files and specifying your requirements (quantity, layer count, board thickness, surface finish, etc.). Our team will review your specifications and provide a detailed price breakdown including tooling costs, unit price, and any optional services. For complex projects or special requirements, our engineering team will consult with you to ensure accurate pricing.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with a unique order number. Our business team will proactively update you on key production stages: design review completed, production started, quality inspection passed, and shipped with tracking information. For order status inquiries or urgent questions, you can contact your account manager directly or reach our customer service team by phone or email.
What if there are quality issues with my PCBs?
We stand behind the quality of our products with a comprehensive warranty. If you receive PCBs with manufacturing defects or that don't meet the specifications in your order, please contact our quality assurance team within 7 days of receipt. We'll investigate the issue and provide solutions including free replacement, credit, or refund depending on the situation. We conduct root cause analysis on all quality issues to prevent recurrence. For assembly-related issues, we also provide troubleshooting support and can arrange return and rework if necessary.
