What EU-bound PCB buyers usually request

For electronics placed on the EU market, OEMs need restricted-substance coverage under RoHS and often REACH SVHC statements for articles. A PCB fabricator supports that file with material certificates of conformity (COC), laminate and finish datasheets, and controlled purchasing—not a substitute for the OEM’s full product compliance dossier. Inorsen’s role is to document the materials and processes used on your order at the producing plant.

Documents Inorsen can supply on request

On request we provide RoHS/REACH-related declarations linked to the laminates, soldermask, and surface finishes used on the job, plus UL / ISO certificates for the site that manufactured the boards (Inorsen Vina in Phu Tho, or China bases in Jiangsu / Hunan as applicable). Halogen-free or customer-mandated finishes must be stated in the fab notes and RFQ so purchasing selects qualified materials before CAM.

Design choices that change the compliance file

ENIG, OSP, HASL, soldermask chemistry, and laminate family each carry different substance profiles. If your end customer mandates a finish or halogen-free stack, put it in the fabrication notes. Quotes and CAM will then lock to that constrained material set instead of a default commercial stack that later fails a customer audit.
