Published Vietnam delivery windows
At Inorsen Vina (Phu Tho), the factory page lists reference windows, subject to design difficulty: 1–2 layer—samples 7–10 days, mass production 10–14 days; 4 layer—samples 10–14 days, mass 12–18 days; multilayer—samples 14–18 days, mass 15–20 days. Expedited service can shorten both prototypes and mass production when confirmed on quote (see the expedite table on the factory page). These are planning references for Vietnam-origin builds; China quick-turn from Jiangsu or Hunan can be shorter or longer depending on process load and material—all lead times are subject to your formal quote.
What drives lead time on Inorsen quotes
Layer count, laminate availability, surface finish, electrical test method, and factory loading dominate the schedule. Incomplete Gerbers, missing impedance stack-ups, exotic materials, and uncontrolled ECO changes after CAM freeze add calendar days. A complete RFQ—Gerbers, stack-up, finish, quantity breaks, IPC class if required, target Incoterm, and preferred site (Vietnam vs China)—lets engineering and planning commit once.
Incoterms used on export PCB shipments
EXW and FOB are common when your forwarder controls main carriage from China or Vietnam. CIF/CFR shift freight cost sharing on sea or air. DDP can simplify receiving at the buyer’s door but requires accurate duty and tax handling in the destination country. State destination country and preferred Incoterm on the RFQ so commercial invoices, packing lists, and logistics instructions stay consistent with the producing plant.
Capacity context for planning
Vietnam monthly capacity figures published by Inorsen are about 60,000 m² single-sided, 40,000 m² double-sided, 12,000 m² multilayer, and 20,000 m² metal PCB. China volume is supported by the Hunan mass-production base (about 57,000 m² plant area) and Jiangsu specialty capacity (about 12,000 m²). Peak-season priority should be confirmed when you lock annual or quarterly forecasts with sales.
