PCB Lead Time & Incoterms

Typical prototype and mass-production lead times, plus Incoterms choices (EXW, FOB, DDP) for shipping PCBs from China and Vietnam to Europe and America.

Sample vs mass production windows

Lead time depends on layer count, material, surface finish, and factory load. As a reference from our Vietnam site: 1–2 layer samples often 3–5 days; 4-layer samples 7–10 days; multilayer longer. China quick-turn can be faster for certain prototypes—confirm on each quote.

What slows quotes and builds

Incomplete Gerbers, unclear impedance stack-ups, special materials, and uncontrolled ECO changes add days. Sending a complete RFQ pack (files, quantity breaks, finish, test requirements, target Incoterm) keeps engineering and planning aligned.

Incoterms for PCB shipments

EXW/FOB are common when you control freight. CIF/CFR shift sea/air cost sharing. DDP can simplify buyer receiving but needs accurate duty/tax handling. Tell us destination country and preferred term on the quote form so logistics and commercial invoices match.

Email sales@inorsen.com or use the contact form with Gerber files and Incoterm preference. We return unit price, tooling, and planned ship window—then lock the production site (China or Vietnam) before kickoff.
