Inorsen Group was founded in Shenzhen in 2012 and today operates four strategic sites: Shenzhen headquarters for R&D and global sales; Jiangsu (Huaian) for high-frequency and HDI work; Hunan (Yiyang) for large-scale, cost-efficient volume; and Inorsen Vina in Phu Tho, Vietnam (from 2019) as the export-oriented overseas plant. The group serves 3,500+ global customers with UL, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 among its quality credentials.
What “China+1” means in practice for PCBs
Many OEMs keep advanced materials, CAM, and high-mix engineering in China while adding Southeast Asia capacity for resilience and origin options. With Inorsen, that split stays inside one group: Shenzhen-led engineering and sales, China plants for HDI/high-speed and mass volume, Vietnam for export programs that need ASEAN logistics or Vietnam-origin documentation. You do not have to re-qualify a second unrelated vendor to start a China–Vietnam plan.
Which base fits which program
Jiangsu (about 12,000 m²) is positioned for high-frequency and HDI boards. Hunan (about 57,000 m²) focuses on scale and cost-efficient mass production. Vietnam (about 33,000 m², 200+ staff) focuses on single/double-sided, multilayer, and metal PCBs for export, with published monthly capacities up to 60K / 40K / 12K / 20K m² by product type. Site selection is confirmed on each quote after layer count, material, volume, and origin requirements are clear.
Quality systems and site certificates
Group-level messaging highlights UL, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 for automotive and industrial buyers, plus environmental and occupational systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001). During NPI, request the site-specific certificates that apply to the plant that will run your order—Vietnam versus Jiangsu versus Hunan—so your quality file matches the producing entity.
