Inorsen builds Vietnam-origin PCBs in Phu Tho
Inorsen Vina Co., Ltd. is Inorsen Group’s overseas manufacturing and export base in Dong Lang Industrial Park, Phu Ninh District, Phu Tho Province, Vietnam. The plant opened in January 2019, covers about 33,000 m², and is capitalized at USD 5 million. When a program requires Vietnam fabrication—not only a Vietnam sales office—orders can be routed to this site so commercial documents and origin claims match the factory that actually produced the boards.
Why fabrication origin matters on the RFQ
US and EU purchasing teams increasingly separate “where the supplier is registered” from “where the PCB is fabricated.” Vietnam origin can support China+1 diversification and, depending on HS classification and current trade rules, may change duty outcomes versus China-only production. Inorsen does not provide legal or customs advice; buyers should confirm HS codes and duty with their broker. What we provide is production routing and paperwork aligned to the manufacturing site.
What COO / Form E documentation typically covers
A certificate of origin states the country of production. For PCB shipments, buyers usually need a commercial invoice, packing list, and COO (and where applicable Form E for ASEAN preferential treatment) that match the producing plant—for example Inorsen Vina in Phu Tho versus a China base in Jiangsu or Hunan. Our team coordinates with your freight forwarder so origin statements track the actual production base, not a mismatched office address.
Vietnam site capability (published figures)
Inorsen Vina produces single/double-sided, multilayer (MLB), and metal-core PCBs for automotive, telecom, appliances, ESL, lighting, industrial, and medical applications. Published monthly capacity is approximately 60,000 m² single-sided, 40,000 m² double-sided, 12,000 m² multilayer, and 20,000 m² metal PCB. Reference delivery windows on the Vietnam factory page (subject to design difficulty): 1–2 layer samples 7–10 days / mass 10–14 days; 4-layer samples 10–14 days / mass 12–18 days; multilayer samples 14–18 days / mass 15–20 days.
How to request Vietnam origin on an RFQ

Send Gerbers (RS-274X), stack-up, quantity breaks, surface finish, test requirements, and explicitly state if you need Vietnam fabrication and COO / Form E support. English-speaking sales can route the build to Vietnam or to China (Shenzhen engineering hub with Jiangsu HDI/high-frequency and Hunan mass-production bases) based on layer count, volume, and compliance needs.
